Sora Lee is a financial services counsel within Bloomberg's Government Affairs and Regulatory Policy group. She works with the team in developing and implementing strategies pertaining to legislative and regulatory issues impacting Bloomberg and has been with the company since 2020. Previously, Sora was an attorney at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) where she investigated and litigated enforcement matters and provided interpretative guidance on FINRA rules and federal securities laws. Prior to FINRA, Sora was an assistant district attorney in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

Ellena Lee is a Global Product Manager responsible for Bloomberg's SEC 13-f2 data. Ellena leverages extensive experience in the financial data industry to develop products that enable clients to efficiently comply with regulatory standards. She is closely involved in dialogue with regulators and industry associations including the FIF working group for the Short Selling rule.

Thomas Labbe is a Regulatory Data Product Manager at Bloomberg. He is working closely with market participants, industry working groups and regulators to understand regulaotry challenges and build corresponding data solutions. Based in London, he has a global remit, allowing him to understand how a particular regulation impacts other jurisdictions. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2016, Thomas worked for 15 years at Morgan Stanley and 2 years at Jefferies in London as a trader in rates and credit products.
