Shirley has always been working in banking industry and her previous work experience covered across Operations, Technology, Project management and regulatory related projects. Upon joining DBS her focus is on regtech adoption, data governance and now a lot of focus on governance on Gen AI use cases. In addition to her primary job function, she is also the co-chair of Regtech Committee of Fintech Association of Hong Kong (FTAHK), for her commitment to promote digital transformation in Legal, Compliance and Financial Crime areas.
