Joshua Kendall

Joshua Kendall is Head of Sustainable Fixed Income at Bloomberg, developing sustainable investment solutions for the fixed income market. Joshua is the author and co-editor of the book Responsible Investment in Fixed Income, published by Routledge in 2022. Previously, Joshua was Head of Responsible Investment Research and Stewardship at Insight Investment, a UK-headquartered investment manager and one of the world’s foremost fixed income investment managers. In this role, he applied responsible investment themes into fixed income investing, stewardship activities and portfolio management, and led the development of various innovative and industry leading ESG processes, covering climate change, impact investing, corporate debt, structured finance, and sovereign debt. Joshua has more than twelve years’ responsible investment experience, having held roles at MSCI, GMI Ratings and the Principles for Responsible Investment. He has written extensively on responsible investment and ESG issues, is a contributor to many industry initiatives, and is regularly interviewed by the trade and business press on sustainable investment issues. He holds an MSc from the University of London, a BA (Hons) from the University of Manchester and is completing the EMBA programme at Henley Business School. He also holds the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Society of the UK and helped to develop its ESG Certificate.
Tyler Kazio

Tyler Kazio graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics and minor in Criminology. As Senior Data Specialist in Bloomberg's Sustainable Fixed Income team, Tyler is responsible for global fixed income in regards to all sustainable financing matters. Tyler is one of the original architects behind Bloomberg's ESG designations and focuses on the integrity of data behind sustainable fixed income instruments, procuring and reviewing supporting documentation, as well as aligning Bloomberg methodology with industry best practices. Tyler's 6-year career at Bloomberg started with Green Loans on the Syndicated Loans team before being promoted to his current role in March of 2020. Tyler founded/launched in October of 2022 a 501(c)3 nonprofit called Ballers & Bookworms A NJ Nonprofit Corporation and is the Executive Director. The mission is to provide free academic, athletic and financial support to youth from underserved communities. Our moto is we are here to 'Level the playing field!' We believe education and athletics are a way out for kids and everyone should have an equal offering of both.
Dan Covello
Senior Fixed Income Data Specialist

Dan Covello is a Data Specialist within Bloomberg's Sustainable Fixed Income (SFI) team managing the procurement, review, and distribution of SFI data. Over 22 years, Dan has implemented technology to streamline Bloomberg's acquisition and quality control processes. As such, he coordinates efforts between Product Management and Engineering to efficiently deliver new products and services while also ensuring data integrity. Prior to joining the SFI team in July of 2022, Dan was a senior member of the Client Data Management (CDM) team with a focus on New Issues (Credit), the foundation of Bloomberg's New Issue Monitor, New Issue Pipeline, and League tables. Dan graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics and a minor in Sociology.
Sunny Qu
Enterprise Data ESG Product Manager

Sunny Qu is responsible for Sustainable Finance Enterprise Data product servicing customers with systematic data needs across buy side & sell side markets. This includes oversight of the flagship Sustainable Fixed Income product plus reported ESG data, proprietary ESG scores and third-party sustainability datasets. Sunny has deep data expertise across 15-years in various quantitative and research data roles both at Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters. Sunny holds dual MSc in Environmental and Development Economics from University of Oslo and World Economy from Fudan University. She also holds CFA and FRM certificates.
