Steve Moy is a Fixed Income Market Specialist with 10+ years experience at Bloomberg. He collaborates with clients and product management to develop solutions to address market needs. Steve's current focus is on the Municipal bond market as well as Sustainable Fixed Income. With a foundation in financial modeling, he has advised colleagues and clients on best practices for integrating data and analytics into numerous workflows. Prior to joining Bloomberg, Steve worked at Lehman Brothers and Bank of America. He spent time in Munis, Rates, and Private Equity. Steve holds a BS in Biology and an MBA in Finance, both from Columbia University.

Kate LeCompte

Kate Le Compte is the global head of the Municipal BVAL Cash pricing business, responsible for providing quality pricing on 1MM bonds outstanding. Kate has been with Bloomberg for nearly 10 years in multiple roles. Before taking ownership of the Muni BVAL business in early 2024, Kate managed the Muni BVAL evaluations teams for 3 years. Prior to that, she spent +6 years managing the various parts of the Municipal Global Data group. Kate has spent the entirety of her tenure at Bloomberg focused on building high performing teams, cultivating client relationships, advocating for Bloomberg adoption and increasing the quality of Bloomberg products within the municipal's space. Kate is a MBA graduate of Rutgers University with a specialized focus in Global Business Management and Procurement. Her undergraduate degree in financial services is from East Carolina University.
