Preethi Jothi is a Global Business Manager for AI Communications at Bloomberg. She brings seven years of experience developing NLP-powered products for financial workflows at Bloomberg. In her current role, she works closely with AI thought leaders and industry partners on the topics of natural language processing, communications, and trading workflows across a range of asset classes. Prior to Bloomberg, Preethi received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Economics from Duke University.

Michael Ahrens

Global Business Manager, AI Communications

Michael Ahrens is the Global Business Manager of AI Communications at Bloomberg. Passions include working with cutting edge AI and the financial markets. Michael launched VCON, now the de facto tool for post-trade reconciliation throughout the financial industry. Prior to joining Bloomberg in 2007, he was Vice President of Fixed Income Dealing Platforms at JP Morgan. Michael has over 25 years of industry experience and graduated from NYU Polytechnic with a MS in Financial Engineering.
