Elizabeth Wong

Ms Elizabeth Wong is a Director of Licensing and Head of Fintech unit of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Her work involves the formulation of the Commission’s policy on fintech matters and leading and supervising the licensing application approval process for virtual asset trading platforms, robo-advisers, virtual asset fund managers and traditional securities and asset management firms. Prior to taking up this role, Ms Wong worked in the Investment Products Division and the Intermediaries Supervision Department and played a key role in Commission-wide policy initiatives including developing and enhancing Hong Kong as an international asset management centre and introducing guidelines for regulating the sale of investment products through online distribution and advisory platforms. Ms Wong practised as a banking and finance lawyer in Hong Kong prior to joining the Commission.

Vicky Cheng is Head of Government and Regulatory Affairs Asia Pacific, overseeing government relations and regulatory developments impacting Bloomberg and its clients in the region.
Before joining Bloomberg, Vicky worked in both the public and private sectors. Her focus has been policy and regulatory development, advising senior management on related requirements and implementations. Vicky drove advocacy and public affairs programmes for various organizations including global corporates and financial institutions. During her time with an international law firm, Vicky led business development and thought leadership strategies for the Financial Services Regulatory and Dispute Resolution practices. She began her career with a Government providing policy analysis and communications.
Michael Elko

Michael has 16 years of experience in financial markets. He began his career within equities at an international investment bank and transitioned to Bloomberg in 2017. While in equities, he worked within a leading edge quantitative analysis platform and equities sales divsions. At Bloomberg, Michael worked in sales development across Portfolio Analytics, Index and Enterprise Sales divisions. Most recently, he transitioned to head the strategy development team in Hong Kong. One of the teams responsibilities is developing Bloomberg's Crypto product and sales strategies.
Dennis To
Regulatory Specialist, Asia-Pacific, Enterprise Solutions

Dennis To leads Bloomberg's regulatory data business for the Asia Pacific region. Dennis oversees the development of new data sets in response to changes in regulatory and accounting landscape, including FRTB, Libor Transition, new IFRS standards, Uncleared Margin Rules and Liquidity Risk Management frameworks. Before joining the Enterprise Solutions business, Dennis worked as the Market Specialist at Bloomberg, covering fixed income and derivatives products for the Greater China region. He has helped to promote and develop Bloomberg's fixed income offerings, such as the emergence of Kungfu Bonds (Chinese USD Credits) in recent years.
