What&#8217;s ended up happening, though, is that even with a lot of these subsidies, the new technology that needs to scale and ramp up very quickly in order to decarbonize the sectors, are seeing no transition whatsoever, [and] are still expensive.\u00a0 As long as we wait for the lowest cost economics to play out, its going to take time for those to break
